Jessie Rose Cohen, LCSW
Highly experienced Trainer and Speaker

We are all trying to find better ways of being in relationship, with ourselves, with each other, and within the systems we move through.

And yet, much of our training teaches us how to assess, diagnose, or manage, without always giving us the space to slow down and examine how we are actually showing up in relationships. How our histories, identities, and nervous systems shape the work. How power, culture, and context live in every interaction.

My work as a trainer is rooted in the belief that we cannot support others in going places we have not been willing to go ourselves.

I offer trainings that invite participants to engage both professionally and personally. Together, we explore the complexity of relational work, with attention to trauma, identity, and the systems we are part of.

What I offer to organizations and groups

Trainings are interactive, reflective, and grounded in real-world practice. Depending on your organization’s needs, we can focus on:

  • Relational and attachment-based approaches

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Internal Family Systems

  • Working with LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive communities

  • Adoption and foster care dynamics

  • Group facilitation and holding space

  • Navigating power, identity, and difference in clinical and community settings

  • Supporting practitioners in sustainable, embodied practice. Teams that feel seen and supported are more productive and more present with the people they serve.
